Thai Hoa town implements Resolution No. 4 of the Central Committee (11th term).
(Baonghean.vn) - On April 11th, the Thai Hoa Town Party Committee organized a conference to disseminate and implement Resolution No. 4 of the Central Committee (11th term) "Some urgent issues concerning Party building today" for 230 key officials of the town.
Delegates listened as Comrade Le Ba Hung, Provincial Party Committee member and Secretary of the Town Party Committee, directly introduced the basic contents of the Resolution; the meaning and importance of Party building work in the current situation. After watching a VCD of the speech by Comrade Nguyen Phu Trong, General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam, at the 4th Plenum of the Central Committee (11th term), delegates listened to members of the Town Party Committee Standing Committee guide the plan for disseminating and thoroughly understanding the Resolution to grassroots Party organizations throughout the Party committee; and the steps for self-criticism and criticism according to the plan for implementing the resolution.

The conference also provided time for delegates to study, discuss, and contribute ideas to the City Party Committee's plans to concretize the implementation of self-criticism and criticism within Party committees at all levels and among individual Party members, ensuring practical effectiveness and relevance to the local situation.
Concluding the conference, Comrade Le Ba Hung emphasized that the goal set by the Town Party Committee in implementing the Central Resolution No. 4 this time is to be serious, comprehensive, urgent, resolute, persistent, and not hasty; at the same time, to avoid stagnation and formalism; and to link the implementation of Central Resolution No. 4 with the tasks of socio-economic development, strengthening national security and defense, ensuring social welfare, and caring for the lives of the people in Thai Hoa Town.
