(Baonghean.vn) - The military parade in Truong Sa is not only an occasion to demonstrate force but also to demonstrate solidarity and determination to preserve the sacred territory of the Fatherland.

On important occasions of the year such as Tet, National Day... or welcoming delegations from the mainland, on the big island in Truong Sa island district (Khanh Hoa province), a military parade is often held. Before this activity takes place, all officers and soldiers of all forces on the island, in full uniform, will sing the National Anthem.

The flag-raising ceremony before the parade. Under the sun and wind of Truong Sa, the national flag still flutters proudly, affirming the eternal sovereignty of a thousand years. The song Tien Quan Ca resounds in the wind and waves, and in each person, national pride surges.

According to soldiers on the island, this activity is not only to demonstrate strength but also an opportunity to demonstrate solidarity, will and determination to preserve the territory and sovereignty of our ancestors.

Along with Hoang Sa, Truong Sa is an archipelago under Vietnam's sovereignty. Vietnam has full legal basis and historical evidence to affirm Vietnam's sovereignty over the Hoang Sa and Truong Sa archipelagos in accordance with international law.
