15 year old boy stole money for his mother to buy gold
Having no money to play games and spend, three teenagers broke into people's houses to steal property worth tens of millions of dong and then divided it among themselves. One of them brought the stolen money home to give to his mother to buy gold.
On March 8, An Binh Ward Police, Rach Gia City, Kien Giang Province, filed a request to send Tran Van Tien, Le Duy Han (both 15 years old) and Truong Minh Huy, 13 years old, all residing in An Hoa Ward, Rach Gia City, to commune and ward education for 6 months for the act of theft of property because these 3 children are not old enough to bear criminal responsibility.

At around 11:00 a.m. on March 5, 2019, Tien and Huy broke into a resident's house in Ward 6, An Binh Ward and stole two piggy banks containing about 20 million VND and 30 USD.
After taking it, Tien divided 300 thousand to Huy, the remaining amount Tien brought home and gave to her mother to buy 4 taels of 24K gold and played fish shooting game and lost 4 million dong.

Previously, on February 26, Tien, Huy and Han broke into an empty house in An Binh ward to steal a laptop worth nearly 10 million VND and some other properties.
Then Tien brought the computer back to sell to her grandfather for 500,000 VND and the three of them split the money to spend. Currently, An Binh Ward Police have recovered the property and returned it to the people.
