17 year old boy hacked drinking buddy to death

Tri went to Vu Van Nam and Nguyen Van Hieu's nearby rented room to get a homemade knife (this knife was sent by Tri earlier) and then came back to slash Nghia, severing an artery and vein, causing acute blood loss leading to his death.
