Teachers are "engineers of the soul"

-Having been in the teaching profession for 13 years, is your current job as a "soul engineer" satisfying?
I am happy and grateful that the profession has chosen me. I always believe that a teacher is not only a role model but also a “soul engineer”, contributing to the creation and development of the personality of the students. Therefore, I focus on cultivating the spiritual world of the students from core values such as love, sharing and caring. This will be a solid foundation for them to enter the profession and life thoroughly and sustainably.
- What is the characteristic of teachers wearing military uniforms like you?
Along with the teachers in general, the teachers in green uniforms are always honored and proud to stand in the ranks of lecturers at military academies and schools. Not only do they have the qualities of teachers, they also have the beauty of "Uncle Ho's soldiers - soldiers - artists".
We take on many roles: lecturers, commanders, managers; brothers, sisters, friends, comrades, teammates. But the most special is the sacred, noble sentiment, the camaraderie, the camaraderie between lecturers and generations of beloved students.
- During your years in the classroom, are there any special memories about your profession that you will never forget?
I have an unforgettable memory. At that time, I was very young, just started working and was assigned to a class of first-year students, just a few years younger than me.
In the class, there was a student who was always quiet and introverted, quiet in the back corner, quiet and self-conscious. I tried to approach him to make him open up more. Surprisingly, he gradually became cheerful, sociable and then became the best and most potential student in the class.
One afternoon in June, he stood shyly waiting for me at the gate and gave me a letter, sharing about that conversation, along with a promise to become a real actor. At that time, I was extremely touched, surprised and felt that giving trust to someone was really important.

- Besides the joys, there must have been times when you felt tired and pressured by your job. How did you cope with those times?
Whenever I encounter difficulties or pressure, I often recall happy memories like the story above to gain more energy to complete my work well or reread messages and letters that students have sent. Another simple way is to openSong of the People's Teacher.
I am meticulous and perfectionist in everything.
- How does your career affect your meticulous and perfectionist personality and vice versa?
Education not only equips knowledge but also builds a foundation of interpersonal relationships and life experiences. The teaching profession requires many moral qualities, personality and exemplary behavior, in addition to the minimum requirement of professional competence. I am lucky because my personality is very suitable for the profession. As you said, I am quite a perfectionist, meticulous and meticulous in all my work.

- Ms. Minh Nguyet is discreet because of her personality, not because she is afraid of gossip, and always aims for a gentle, peaceful life, giving a lot?
In my journey of "teaching a profession", I have always been concerned with "teaching people". Throughout the development of history, from the ancient scholars to teachers today, teachers have always been respected and honored by society. To me, teachers not only teach words but also teach students to understand human morality, "first learn manners, then learn literature".
Being discreet and not afraid of gossip is my motto in life and that more or less brings a certain peace.
In relationships, I always choose to give and that is also the way I teach my children. When we give love today, we will receive it tomorrow. Life will be better when people have a heart in every action.
A teacher's happiness does not come from big things, but from simple things with students. The happiest thing I receive in my career is the success, the moment of glory of my students.
