'Grilled meat on a motorbike exhaust' - A great trick for backpackers on hot days
In hot weather, traveling long distances by motorbike, "backpackers" have the opportunity to show off their skills with the delicious and irresistible "grilled exhaust meat" dish.
The images of grilled meat without using a charcoal stove shared by Facebook user Tran Minh on the online forum have made many people excited.
Accordingly, this young man had just had a long trip from Hanoi to Ha Giang by motorbike. Before the trip, he marinated the pork belly with spices, wrapped it in foil and tied it to the exhaust pipe. Arriving in Tuyen Quang city, adding some cucumbers and a glass of iced tea, he and his friend had a delicious grilled pork belly dish to eat with bread.

In response to some people's concerns about undercooked meat, many other "backpackers" also said that they have tried this "pork belly" dish many times: "When eaten, there is no smoky smell and whether the meat is delicious or not depends on the level of marinating the meat."
Backpackers also commented that in this weather, they only need to drive about 50-60 km to have grilled meat that is hot enough and cooked well.

They also shared how to make a “delicious” grilled pork dish. Accordingly, you should choose pork belly so that when the meat is grilled, it has fat. Cut the meat about 1-2 cm thick, about 10-20 cm long, then marinate the meat with garlic, lemongrass, oyster sauce, salt and pepper, and fish sauce.
First, cut the foil, then put about 2-3 pieces of meat in, spread it evenly and wrap it carefully with foil, use steel wire to tie the meat tightly to the motorbike exhaust. After about 40 - 60 km continuously, the meat will be cooked so you need to calculate the time to remove the meat from the exhaust.
This meat dish served with bread and vegetables will be a memorable lunch for "backpackers" on long trips.
