The time of 'love' makes married life sublime
Andrologists say that testosterone levels in men increase between 5am and 10am. That is the golden time for a fulfilling married life.
Doctor Tu Thanh Tri Dung, Head of the Andrology Unit, University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital, Ho Chi Minh City, said that men 30 years of age and older begin to show signs of testosterone and nitric oxide decline of about 1%/year.
Testosterone is considered the fuel that creates men's sexual health. Nitric oxide helps blood circulation, energy metabolism, giving men endurance and good health recovery ability.
Men with reduced levels of the above two substances suffer from anemia, osteoporosis, fatigue, decreased libido, memory loss, depression, loss of confidence, and cardiovascular disease.

Andrologists believe that the cause of low testosterone is a lack of zinc. This is a mineral needed to produce sperm. Zinc deficiency in the body leads to a condition where the cells in the testicles do not produce enough testosterone.
Because the body does not store zinc, Dr. Dung recommends that men 19 years of age and older need to supplement at least 11 mg of zinc per day through foods such as oysters, beef, crab, pork, bread, cereals supplemented with vitamins and minerals, beans, yogurt, chicken, and oatmeal.
Increasing testosterone will reduce fatigue, metabolize fat and sugar, and improve cardiovascular function.
In addition, men need to exercise by walking, playing soccer, swimming, and playing tennis at least 30 minutes/day, 4 days/week depending on their physical condition and health.
Male doctors say that testosterone levels in men will increase between 5am and 10am. In late summer and early fall, testosterone levels are highest at midnight or 8am. That is the golden time for a couple's life to flourish.
