Weather 12/2: Storm appears near the East Sea
(Baonghean.vn) - Forecast as of 4:00 p.m. on February 12, the center of the storm (international name Sanba) is about 400km east of the southern Philippines coast with the strongest wind gusting to level 12.
Yesterday afternoon (February 11), the tropical depression in the eastern part of the southern Philippines strengthened into a storm and was given the international name Sanba.
