Weather April 13: Central region is hot, some places over 38 degrees Celsius

Mountainous areas of provinces from Thanh Hoa to Phu Yen have places over 38 degrees.

Currently (April 13): The low pressure area in the West continues to develop and expand to the Southeast.

Due to the influence of the low pressure circulation in the West today (April 13), the Northwestern provinces of the North will experience heat waves with common temperatures ranging from 35-36 degrees, some places above 37 degrees;Mountainous areas of Thanh Hoa-Phu Yen provinces are hot with temperatures from 35-37 degrees, some places have high temperatures above 38 degrees.Southern provinces are experiencing widespread heat with temperatures ranging from 35-37 degrees, some places above 37 degrees.

The heat wave in the Northwest of the North and the mountainous areas of the Central region is forecast to last until April 14, then gradually decrease; in the Southern provinces, the heat wave will last until April 16, then gradually decrease.
