Forecast:This afternoon, this cold air mass will affect the northern mountainous provinces and the northeastern region of the North, then affect other places in the northeastern region, the north central region and some places in the northwest region.

Due to the influence of cold air, the northeastern and north central provinces will have rain, scattered showers and thunderstorms; on March 15, the central central region will have scattered showers and thunderstorms. The wind will change direction to the northeast inland at level 2-3. The northeastern provinces will turn cold from tonight.
