Weather April 15: Central region turns cold, beware of tornadoes and hail

According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, thunderstorms are likely to cause tornadoes, hail, and strong gusts of wind. The wind will change direction to the northeast at level 2 inland and level 3 in coastal areas.
From today, in the North Central provinces, the weather will turn cold with the lowest temperature commonly 17-20 degrees, mountainous areas 15-18 degrees, and high mountainous areas below 12 degrees.
