Currently, cold air continues to strengthen; in the South, the tropical convergence zone has an axis of about 13-15 degrees North latitude, passing through the South Central region.

Forecast:Due to the combined influence of the tropical convergence zone and cold air from today (October 18) to the end of October 19, the Central and South Central provinces, the Southern Central Highlands and the South will have moderate to heavy rain.
