Weather 24/2: Rain in some places during the day, still cold at night
(Baonghean.vn) - The cold air is weakening, moving quickly to the east, the southeast wind from the sea develops, bringing moisture from the sea to the mainland, so today, the North and Central regions will have increased temperatures, but the nights will still be cold.
According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, the weather in the northern and central provinces will change for the better over the weekend (February 24 and 25), with only some rain at night and in the morning, and temperatures rising compared to February 23.
Southern provinces are still experiencing variable cloudy days, generally no rain, sunny days, temperatures in Eastern provinces and some places increase to 36 degrees Celsius, winds blow at level 2 - 3.
