In the provinces from Thanh Hoa to Quang Binh, there has been rain, showers and thunderstorms in some places. The Gulf of Tonkin has had strong northeast winds of level 6, sometimes level 7, gusting to level 8. The sea is rough.
Forecast:Today (March 24), cold air will continue to affect other places in the Northwest and some other places in the Central Central region.
