Weather 31/3: Northern region on alert for tornadoes and hail, while Central region still has sunshine
(Baonghean.vn) - According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, the weather forecast for today in the Northern provinces is to be on guard against tornadoes, hail and strong gusts of wind. In the Central region, it will still be sunny during the day, with showers and thunderstorms in some places in the late afternoon and at night.
