Weather October 4: Heavy rain over large areas on land

(Baonghean.vn) - Due to the influence of the tropical convergence zone combined with the continued strong activity of the East wind zone, today (October 4) in the coastal areas and the Northern Delta, the provinces from Thanh Hoa to Thua Thien-Hue will have moderate to heavy rain. From October 5, the rain in the North and the provinces from Thanh Hoa to Thua Thien-Hue will gradually decrease.

Warning:There is a risk of landslides and flash floods in mountainous areas from Thanh Hoa to Quang Binh provinces. Flooding is likely to occur in low-lying areas and urban areas such as Thanh Hoa city; Vu Quang, Huong Khe, Duc Tho districts, Ky Anh town (Ha Tinh); Minh Hoa, Tuyen Hoa districts, Ba Don town, Dong Hoi city (Quang Binh).
