Weather April 8: North and Central regions are still cold, South Central regions have light sunshine
(Baonghean.vn) - Today, the whole North will gradually warm up. The cold air will only cause heavy rain in some provinces in the Central region until the end of this morning, from this afternoon, the rain will gradually decrease.
Due to rain, temperatures in the North and Central Central regions remain low, with Thanh Hoa - Thua Thien Hue still cold. Da Nang - Quang Ngai provinces are chilly, while the remaining South Central provinces are lightly sunny.
