During this Northeast monsoon (September 8-9), the lowest temperature in the North Central provinces is commonly 22-24 degrees Celsius, in mountainous areas 20-22 degrees Celsius.
At sea and offshore in the North Central region today (September 8), the Northeast wind will gradually increase to level 6 - level 7, gusting to level 8. The sea will be rough.
