Due to the influence of cold air, today (April 1) in the North and North Central regions, there will be thunderstorms in many places, especially in the Viet Bac region, the Northern Delta and the provinces of Hoa Binh and Son La, there is a possibility of moderate rain, heavy rain, and some places will have very heavy rain (common rainfall 50-100mm/24 hours, some places over 100mm). The weather in the Northeastern provinces will turn cold, and in the mountainous areas it will turn cold.
