According to the Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting Department, North Central Hydro-Meteorological Station, from the night of April 21-23 and April 27-30, the weather in some localities in Nghe An will turn cool, cloudy, with some places having rain and sunshine mixed together.
Due to the influence of the southern edge of the low pressure trough with an axis at about 24 - 27 degrees North latitude connecting with the low pressure area in the West continuing to develop and expand to the Southeast, on the night of April 23 - 26, under the influence of the continental cold high pressure strengthening and the low pressure trough gradually filling, these days are forecasted to have extreme weather phenomena in many areas.

Specifically, on April 23, Que Phong, Tuong Duong, and Ky Son districts will have thunderstorms, possibly with tornadoes and hail. On April 24, there will be more rain in many areas such as Nghia Dan, Thai Hoa, Quy Chau, Thai Hoa, and only a few areas will have sunshine such as Quynh Luu, Dien Chau, Hoang Mai, Do Luong, and Yen Thanh.
It is forecasted that on April 25 and 26, most localities in Nghe An will experience widespread rain, with expected rainfall of about 15-30mm.
From April 28 to May 1, 2023, Nghe An weather forecast will turn sunny, cloudy; except for Que Phong, Tuong Duong, Ky Son districts, there will be rain from April 28 until the end of the May 1 holiday.
