AUCTION NOTICE

(Baonghean.vn) - Quang Minh Finance & Auction Joint Stock Company organizes the auction:

1. Land use rights for 12 residential plots in Xuan Hoa commune, Nam Dan district, total area 3,258.50 m2²Total investment 5,433,800,000 VND.

2. Land use rights for 15 residential plots in Nam Giang commune, Nam Dan district, total area 2,937.91 m2²Total investment 7,527,746,000 VND.

3. Land use rights for 11 residential plots in Nghi Thinh commune, Nghi Loc district, total area 2,575.90 m2², total GKĐ 4,240,619,866 VND

4. Land use rights for 02 plots of land in Kim Lien commune, Nam Dan district, Total area: 259m2², total starting price: 1,121,400,000 VND

The auction is expected to take place on August 2, 5, and 12, 2017 at the People's Committee of the commune where the land is auctioned.
