2. Standard conditions for registration:
- Have Vietnamese nationality; be 18 years of age or older; have a clear background, be healthy enough to perform the job; have professional qualifications and skills appropriate to the position being recruited, have IT and foreign language skills appropriate to the position being recruited; have an application form for civil servant recruitment.
- Do not recruit people who: Have limited or lost civil capacity, are under criminal prosecution, are being prosecuted, are serving or have completed serving a court sentence or decision but have not had their criminal record cleared.
3. Form and content of reception and recruitment:
a) Form of admission: Transfer
b) Recruitment form: Selection, including 02 rounds
- Round 1: Check the admission requirements on the application form.
- Round 2: Test knowledge and professional skills by interview.

- Certified copy of professional diploma, IT certificate, foreign language certificate suitable for the applied position.

- Approval letter for transfer from the current working unit;
- CV according to current regulations with confirmation from the working unit;
- Copy of professional diploma, foreign language certificate, IT certificate suitable for the job position to be transferred;
- Copy of decision on recruitment of civil servants, Decision on appointment of professional title, Decision on most recent salary increase, Social Insurance Book.
- Health certificate issued by a competent authority valid for 30 days prior to the date of application submission;
- Assessment and comments on political qualities, ethics, professional qualifications and capacity, and work process confirmed by the head of the working unit.
