Unified a system of full-time leadership for 15 specialized associations.
(Baonghean.vn) -Under the chairmanship of Comrade Tran Hong Chau – Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, on the morning of August 30, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee continued its meeting to hear and give opinions on the implementation of the remuneration regime for full-time leaders at associations.

The province currently has 294 associations, of which 78 operate within the province and 216 operate within districts, cities, and towns. To date, 15 associations operating within the province have been recognized by the Provincial People's Committee as having special characteristics. Thirteen out of these 15 provincial-level special associations have been allocated 66 permanent staff positions and 4 contract positions, and receive annual support of 9.77 billion VND from the provincial budget.
After hearing the opinions of the Standing Committee members and leaders of relevant departments and agencies, at the meeting, Comrade Tran Hong Chau agreed with the Provincial People's Committee to recognize 15 specialized associations, and agreed with the regulations on remuneration for these specialized associations with provincial-level operations, namely that the chairman of the association will receive 3.5 times and the vice-chairman 3.0 times the general minimum wage. After the Standing Committee unanimously agreed on the policy, the Provincial People's Committee will consider the number of retired individuals holding full-time leadership positions in these provincial-level specialized associations who will receive remuneration according to regulations.
