Agree to transfer group activities for 2 delegates of Nghe An Provincial People's Council
(Baonghean.vn) - The Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial People's Council has agreed to transfer the group activities to 2 delegates of Nghe An Provincial People's Council, including Mr. Duong Dinh Chinh and Mr. Nguyen Xuan Duc.

The above decision was made at the regular meeting of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council on the morning of March 24 under the chair of comrade Thai Thanh Quy - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council.
Specifically, delegate Duong Dinh Chinh, currently a member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee and Secretary of Nghi Loc District Party Committee, transferred his activities from the Quynh Luu District Delegation Group to the Nghi Loc District Delegation Group.

Previously, while still holding the position of Director of Nghe An Department of Health, Mr. Duong Dinh Chinh was elected as a delegate of Nghe An Provincial People's Council, term XVIII, 2021 - 2026, in the Quynh Luu district constituency.
From January 9, 2023, Mr. Duong Dinh Chinh officially joined the District Party Executive Committee, the District Party Standing Committee and held the position of Secretary of Nghi Loc District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term according to the assignment, assignment and appointment of the Nghe An Provincial Party Standing Committee in Decision No. 1558-QD/TU dated January 5, 2023.
Delegate Nguyen Xuan Duc is currently a member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Secretary of Nam Dan District Party Committee; transferred from the Hoang Mai Town Delegate Group to the Nam Dan District Delegate Group.Previously, while holding the position of Director of the Department of Planning and Investment of Nghe An, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Duc was elected as a delegate of the People's Council of Nghe An province, term XVIII, term 2021 - 2026, in the constituency of Hoang Mai town.

From January 9, 2023, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Duc officially joined the District Party Executive Committee, the District Party Standing Committee and held the position of Secretary of Nam Dan District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term according to the rotation, assignment and appointment of the Nghe An Provincial Party Standing Committee in Decision No. 1557-QD/TU dated January 5, 2023.
Thus, the Standing Committee of the People's Council's agreement to transfer the group's activities will create conditions for the two delegates of the People's Council of Nghe An province to perform their duties as elected representatives associated with their working areas.
The 18th term of Nghe An Provincial People's Council, 2021-2026 term, currently has 82 delegates. Since the beginning of the term, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council has passed a Resolution on the establishment of 21 delegation groups corresponding to 21 districts, cities and towns in Nghe An province.
1. When a provincial or district People's Council delegate transfers his/her work or residence to another locality within the same administrative unit where he/she was elected as a People's Council delegate, he/she may transfer the activities of the People's Council Delegate Group from the place where he/she is currently active to the People's Council Delegate Group where he/she works or resides.
2. The People's Council delegate submits a request to transfer the activities of the People's Council Delegation Group to the People's Council Standing Committee. The People's Council Standing Committee decides on the transfer of the activities of the delegate's People's Council Delegation Group and notifies the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at the same level, the People's Council Delegation Group from the place the delegate moves from and the place the delegate moves to.
