Unify production plans, ensuring harmony of interests between tea factories and people
(Baonghean.vn)-Voters of Thanh Chuong district proposed: Thanh Mai and Hanh Lam tea processing factories have stopped production since 2014-2015, leading to lax land management, security and order management. The disjointed operations of the factories have made people extremely worried and frustrated. The province is requested to soon have a policy to resolve the issue in the long term so that people can feel secure in production and development.

For Thanh Mai Tea Enterprise
From 2014 to now, the enterprise has not purchased fresh raw materials for production, the reasons are: Tea growers do not sell to the Enterprise because they want to avoid old debts, on the other hand, private tea processing factories in Thanh Mai, Thanh Xuan communes and neighboring areas have sprung up so much that they have absorbed all the fresh materials in Thanh Mai commune.

Currently, Tea Investment and Development Company Limited is equitizing, including Thanh Mai Enterprise and the Enterprise is implementing the following tasks:
+ Manage land in the Enterprise area, manage assets, equipment, and facilities of the assigned Enterprise.
+ Implement policies for employees: social insurance, health insurance, maternity leave, retirement according to the law.
+ Other activities are still fully implemented normally such as administrative management, security and order, land review according to the Company's arrangement and innovation policy under Decree 118 of the Government.

For Hanh Lam Tea Enterprise
In 2015, the Enterprise still organized the purchase of raw materials and production and processing continued normally. In addition, the Enterprise conducted a review of the land fund according to the Company's general direction on the arrangement and innovation of enterprises according to Decree 118/ND/CP of the Government, so the management and monitoring of land use were carried out strictly and correctly.

The failure to purchase all processed output in the area in the past time is due to the following reasons:
- Households do not follow the harvesting schedule of the Enterprise, resulting in a situation where the daily output of fresh materials is too large. In addition, the quality of fresh materials does not meet the general standards set at the beginning of the year.
- Private processing facilities bring vehicles into the Enterprise area to purchase, affecting the direction and regulation of raw material collection.
Thus, Thanh Mai Tea Enterprise and Hanh Lam Tea Enterprise are currently restructuring and innovating their enterprises according to Decree 118 ND/CP of the Government. After the conversion, the Enterprises will coordinate with local authorities to unify production plans, in order to ensure harmonious benefits for all parties involved.
