Agree on plan to build 300 billion market in Do Luong
(Baonghean.vn) - Nghe An Newspaper on January 8, 2018 published an article "300 billion Do Luong market progress is slow", recently Do Luong district and the investor of Hai An Market Investment, Construction, Management and Operation Cooperative have agreed on a plan to remove obstacles to build according to plan.
The project of Do Luong Trade Center combined with traditional market, invested by the Cooperative, construction, management and exploitation of Hai An market, was approved by the Provincial People's Committee in accordance with Decision No. 571/QD - UBND dated February 15, 2017. According to the plan, construction and site clearance will start in the second quarter of 2017, and will be completed and put into use in the second quarter of 2019.
However, the project of commercial center combined with traditional market in Do Luong has not been implemented yet due to disagreement on planning between Do Luong District People's Committee and investors.

Do Luong District believes that the planning proposed by the investor is not really suitable; the location of the construction survey is not determined in accordance with the actual situation. Recently, the district and the investor have agreed on a plan to remove obstacles to build according to plan; accordingly, 3.4 hectares of land will be taken from the cultural house of block 4 of Do Luong town along National Highway 7, unlike the old plan of 8.4 hectares.
Mr. Hoang Van Hiep, Vice Chairman of Do Luong District People's Committee said: After reaching an agreement, we request the investor - Cooperative to invest, build, manage and exploit Hai An market to complete the plan and planning drawings to report to the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee for comments before submitting to the Provincial People's Committee. According to the plan, construction will start on June 30, 2018 and the project will be completed on June 30, 2020.
