Unifying foreign language names of universities

VThe Government Office has just issued Notice No. 624/VPCP-KGVX, stating the direction of Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam on unifying foreign language names of universities in accordance with international practices.

Accordingly, the Deputy Prime Minister assigned the Ministry of Education and Training to preside over and coordinate with relevant ministries, agencies and localities to review and evaluate the current status of naming universities in the country.

At the same time, propose foreign language names and report to the Prime Minister for consideration in the first quarter of 2014 before issuing a directive to guide schools to implement them.
