Approval of the proposal to develop a Resolution on piloting the auction of car license plates
The Resolution requests the Ministry of Public Security to urgently complete the dossier proposing the drafting of a Resolution of the National Assembly to send to the Ministry of Justice and coordinate with the Ministry of Justice to report to the National Assembly Standing Committee as prescribed.
Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai has just signed Resolution No. 97/NQ-CP of the Government approving the proposal to develop a Resolution of the National Assembly on piloting the granting of the right to choose to use car license plates through auction at the request of the Ministry of Public Security.

The Resolution requests the Ministry of Public Security to urgently complete the dossier proposing the drafting of a Resolution of the National Assembly to send to the Ministry of Justice and coordinate with the Ministry of Justice to report to the National Assembly Standing Committee as prescribed.
The Minister of Justice, authorized by the Prime Minister, on behalf of the Government, signed the Submission to the National Assembly Standing Committee to allow the addition of the above Resolution project to the 2022 Law and Ordinance Development Program to the National Assembly at the 4th Session of the 15th National Assembly according to the process at one session, drafted according to the shortened order and procedures.

The Ministry of Public Security shall preside over and coordinate with the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Finance and relevant ministries and agencies to synthesize and receive opinions from Government members on the proposal to develop a Resolution during the process of organizing the development and submission of the Resolution for promulgation in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents and related laws after being approved by the National Assembly Standing Committee./.
