MU sold Daley Blind to Ajax at a bargain price

Daley Blind will return to Ajax Amsterdam after Manchester United accepted an £18.5 million offer from the Dutch club.

Four years ago, the Dutch international left Ajax to join the Red Devils for a fee of £14 million. Under Van Gaal, he was a regular on the pitch as a centre-back.

Blind returned to Ajax for £18.5m.

MU's Twitter page posted the following message: "MUFC has agreed to the transfer of Daley Blind to Ajax. Further details of the contract will be announced in due course."

According to the British media, the deal will be worth around £14.1 million in cash. With additional fees, Blind's price could rise to £18.5 million (equivalent to 21 million Euros).
