"At the time of the incident, Captain Le Duc Manh ran after the girl to stop her and did not hit her. The girl only had a bleeding wound on her forehead and was not seriously injured," said Colonel Tu.
Previously, on September 30, Facebook account Hue Le posted many pictures of this girl injured, with blood all over her face, along with the content: "At 8:15 p.m. on September 29, at 129 Nguyen Van Cu Street, Vinh City (Nghe An), I was beaten by two people, a man and a woman. One of them is Captain Le Duc Manh, born in 1984, currently working at the Security Team of Vinh City Police, Nghe An Province, and another girl named Hai is his younger sister.
At around 8:10 p.m. the same day, Captain Le Duc Manh came to my workplace to threaten me and drag me out of the workplace so that his sister could beat me. At the same time, he hugged me, tore my shirt and held me down so that his sister could beat me. I was bleeding profusely from the head and had to go to the emergency room.
After beating me, he also texted me threateningly and cursing me. So I am posting this hoping that netizens and authorities will get me justice. I am in so much pain that I cannot say anything more. I hope everyone will help me get justice."
However, by the afternoon of September 30, Facebook account Hue Le had removed the images and posts with this content on social networks./.
