On the morning of May 23, the government of My Son commune, Do Luong district announced the above information.

As reported, at 7:20 am yesterday (May 22), on National Highway 15A in My Son commune, Do Luong district, Nghe An. Bus number 37B 014.23 of Thach Thanh company was carrying more than 20 passengers traveling from Tan Ky to Vinh city. When reaching the location near Truong Bon, the bus lost control and crashed into the field.

The accident left an elderly woman riding a bicycle seriously injured and a passenger on the bus with a broken leg. The two victims were taken to the hospital by passersby, but the elderly woman did not survive and later died; the passenger on the bus with a broken leg is out of danger but has not yet been discharged.
