(Baonghean.vn) - As part of the training and professional development program for propaganda and education speakers in 2014, on the afternoon of October 24th, in Vinh City, the Propaganda Department of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee organized the regular monthly conference for speakers throughout the province in October. Over 120 speakers from the provincial and district levels attended.

At the conference, after hearing the opening remarks from the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, the speakers received information from lecturers of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department on the significance and basic content of the recently opened 8th session of the 13th National Assembly; the situation in China and Vietnam-China relations in recent times, some of China's activities in the East Sea and Vietnam's viewpoint; Vietnam-US diplomatic relations in the past; the content, purpose and results of some visits by Party and State leaders to some major countries in the world….
