Samuel Volery, 33, and Louise Lenoble, 25, a couple living in France, traveled to Moleson, a tourist mountain in Volery’s native Switzerland, to take part in the annual Highline Extreme event. Here, Volery performed a heart-stopping performance when he decided to walk on a tightrope between two cable car cabins. (Photo: Caters) |

The couple are passionate about the extreme sport of Slackline, in which participants must balance on a thin wire, spanning dangerous terrain such as deep abysses and cliffs. Volery even opened a company providing services to experience this extreme sport. Volery said: "I always dreamed of going on a cable car, it brings more emotions than walking on a normal wire. Riding on a cable car is much more difficult, as you have to balance on a small wire and pay attention to the movement of the cabins. “So when we were allowed to do this, we couldn’t resist,” Volery excitedly shared. To add to the appeal of the performance, Volery even did a banana tree stand on the cable, an equally adventurous act. (Photo: Caters) |

In response to concerns about the risks of the sport, Volery asserted that there have been no serious accidents over the years, so for him, this is considered a hobby that is not too dangerous if people follow strict safety regulations. (Photo: Caters) |
