(Baonghean.vn) - At 1 PM on May 14th, Vinh City Police arrested Nguyen Ba Thu (born in 1963) and Nguyen Ba Thuy (born in 1989), both residing in Vinh Tan Ward, Vinh City, for transporting and trading smuggled goods, seizing 1,500 packs of cigarettes without valid documentation.

The incident is currently being investigated by the Vinh City Police.
