In the current situation, virtuous and talented officials must have courage.Because nowadays, there are times, there are jobs, there are places where good people are not enough to overwhelm the bad people. Therefore, it is necessary to have a leader with courage to re-establish order and discipline. A cadre with courage also needs to meet 3 criteria: Dare to think, dare to do, dare to speak.

Dare to think of things that are not in books or in life to do for the cause of strengthening people's faith and reviving the country in accordance with the era of science and technology. When you think correctly, dare to commit to doing it, determined to bring the right things into life, and use the final results to protect yourself. We must actively innovate, associated with environmental improvement to create more correct and good things.
