Letter of greetings for the Mid-Autumn Festival 2015 from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee
(Baonghean) - On September 14th, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Duong, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, sent a letter to children and teenagers on the occasion of the 2015 Mid-Autumn Festival. The full text of the letter is as follows:
My dear children and teenagers!
This year's Mid-Autumn Festival comes to the children amidst the nationwide emulation of achieving accomplishments to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2nd; to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2015-2020 term, and towards the 12th National Congress of the Party.
On this occasion, on behalf of the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee, and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province, Uncle Ho sends his warmest regards to all the children and teenagers in the province and wholeheartedly commends and praises them for their diligent studies, training, and good deeds during the past school year; especially many children from poor families in remote areas with difficult circumstances who have shown willpower and determination to strive to become good children, good students, and good grandchildren of Uncle Ho.

As the new school year begins, Uncle Ho hopes that you children will build upon your achievements; actively cultivate and train yourselves according to the five teachings of Uncle Ho; be filial to your grandparents and parents; respect and love your teachers; unite, love, and help each other to progress together; do many useful things for yourselves, your families, and society; and be worthy of being the future generation of the country.
