Seized 250kg of cotton floss of unknown origin in a car

On September 27, on Cao Xuan Huy Street, Vinh Tan Ward, the environmental crime prevention police force of Vinh City Police discovered a car with license plate 38A - 020.12 driven by Mr. Nguyen Van Hien (born in 1969), residing in Nam Phong Ward, Hong Linh Town, Ha Tinh Province, showing suspicious signs.

Requesting to stop the vehicle for inspection, the authorities discovered that the vehicle was carrying a large amount of floss. At the scene, the environmental crime prevention police force of Vinh City police drew up a record and seized 250 kg of floss without documents proving its origin.
