On the afternoon of October 5, the patrol and control team of the Traffic Police Department of Nghia Dan District, led by Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Xuan Anh, and other members were on duty on National Highway 48E, passing through Nghia Son Commune, when they discovered a truck with license plate 37C 146.88 driven by Nguyen Ba Tao, a permanent resident of Ma Thanh Commune, Yen Thanh, carrying 6 pigs (more than 700 kg).
