Revoking the civil servant cards of 2 traffic inspectors who 'made the law'
The Inspectorate of the Ministry of Transport has just sent an official dispatch to the Vietnam Road Administration requesting the revocation of the civil servant cards of two traffic inspectors in Ha Tinh.

Accordingly, the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Transport has just issued urgent dispatch No. 964/TTr-P3 requesting the General Department of Roads of Vietnam to draw up a record to revoke 2 specialized transport inspector cards of 2 civil servants Vo Van Tu (50 years old, residing in Nghen town, Can Loc district) and Ho Van Thiet (35 years old, residing in Son Tan commune, Huong Son district, Ha Tinh province), both are officers of the Road Traffic Management Sub-Department II.3 headquartered in Duc Thuan ward, Hong Linh town, Ha Tinh province, under the Road Management Department.
Previously, on August 24, 2016, the Department of Investigation Police on Social Order (PC45), the Department of Road and Railway Traffic Police (PC67, Ha Tinh Provincial Police) coordinated with the Investigation Police Agency of Ky Anh Town Police to conduct an inspection and caught Vo Van Tu and Ho Van Thiet red-handed in the act of "law-breaking" by receiving 5 million VND from Mr. Tran Dinh Hung (30 years old, residing in Thach Ha town, Thach Ha district, Ha Tinh province, an employee of Khai Hoang Investment and Exploitation Joint Stock Company in Ky Thinh ward, Ky Anh town) to ignore the violations of 2 cars with license plates 38LD - 001.09 and 38LD - 001.11.
On August 27, the Investigation Police Agency of Ky Anh Town Police issued a decision to prosecute the case of "receiving bribes" to continue investigating and clarifying.
Immediately after the incident, the Road Administration Department II, Vietnam Road Administration also signed Decision No. 3001/QD-CQLDBII, 3000/QD-CQLDBII to suspend inspectors Vo Van Tu and Ho Van Thiet from work pending the investigation by the competent authorities of Ha Tinh province to clarify the above incident.
