Russian Security Council Secretary says Ukraine's ability to sabotage with biological weapons is growing
The possibility of Kiev carrying out sabotage with biological weapons is growing, while other biological threats are emanating from Ukraine, Russian Security Council Secretary Nikolai Patrushev said at a security meeting in the Central Federal District.
“There is a high probability that the Ukrainian side will completely lose control over biological facilities. The risk of unauthorized access to the collection of dangerous pathogens, destruction and looting of laboratory facilities, as well as loss of biological samples cannot be excluded,” he said.
In addition, according to Mr. Patrushev, "the possibility of carrying out terrorist and sabotage acts with biological agents has increased."

“In the context of continuing significant migration flows, including refugees and internally displaced persons from Ukraine, the risk of introducing infectious diseases into the territory of the district is increasing,” he warned.
The US is moving unfinished military-biological projects in Ukraine to another country's territory
The United States is transferring unfinished military-biological projects in Ukraine to the territory of other countries - in Nigeria, the Pentagon, under the guise of "public health", solved the problem of collecting samples of infectious agents and vectors, the head of the radiological, chemical and biological defense forces said.
“The implementation of the US “scientific program” in Ukraine in January 2023 was confirmed by the coordinator of strategic communications of the US National Security Council, John Kirby. Moreover, the US authorities retain control over a number of Ukrainian biological objects, with the desire to continue their activities after the end of the conflict,” Kirillov said.
