Biomass Fuel Vietnam Company was granted investment registration certificate No. 4360474694 by the Management Board of Southeast Economic Zone, dated January 30, 2018.
Currently, our company is in need of purchasing raw materials to produce biomass pellets. We would like to inform interested companies to send their bid documents, including but not limited to the following documents:
1. Detailed quotation for each item (according to the company's form).
2. Documents proving the legal status of the supplier.
3. Detailed schedule of raw material supply plan for each month.

With the criteria of sustainable business, we prioritize and encourage suppliers to quote for long-term contracts (from 3 months to 3 years).
- All types of wood materials must be legal and have sufficient documents to prove according to the regulations of Vietnamese law and Biomas Fuel Vietnam Company.
- Raw materials must not contain impurities or chemicals.
- Raw materials supplied have a humidity of no more than 55%.
The invitation to bid is placed in a sealed envelope, sealed with the company's stamp according to the specifications, and the envelope is marked: "Raw material quotation letter” sent to the address: Biomass Fuel Vietnam Company. No. 5, Road No. 2, VSIP Industrial Park. Hung Tay Commune, Hung Nguyen, Nghe An.
