Nghe An budget revenue reaches highest ever with 18,936 billion VND
(Baonghean.vn) - According to the report of Nghe An Department of Finance: As of 5:00 p.m. on December 31, 2021, the total state budget revenue in 2021 reached 18,936 billion VND, of which domestic revenue reached 17,279 billion VND. This is the highest revenue ever.
The 2021 State budget revenue estimate assigned by the Provincial People's Council is 14,032.3 billion VND. The State budget revenue estimate submitted to the Provincial People's Council for adjustment (due to increased aid revenue, amount: 3,617 billion VND): 14,035.917 billion VND.
State budget revenue data in 2021As of December 31, Nghe An Tax Department's internal revenue reached 17,279 billion VND, equal to 151% of the Central budget estimate, 141% of the People's Council budget estimate and 108% compared to the same period.
Meanwhile,revenue from import and export activitiesestimated at 1,657 billion VND, an increase of 55 billion VND compared to the estimated implementation reported to the Provincial People's Council, equal to 132.4% of the adjusted Provincial People's Council estimate and equal to 140.5% over the same period in 2020.
Total tax debt collection to the State Budget in 2021 reached 2,457 billion VND.

Development investment expenditure: Estimated implementation is 8,500 billion VND, reaching 130.8% of the adjusted estimate. Development investment expenditure increased due to the extension of the 2020 construction capital source to be implemented and paid in 2021, the source of excess budget revenue at all levels, and additional central reserve source.

According to the State budget revenue estimate for 2022,total state budget revenuein the area is 14,997 billion VND, an increase of 961 billion 083 million VND compared to the adjusted estimate assigned by the Provincial People's Council in 2021 (up 6.8%). Of which: Domestic revenue: 13,697 billion VND, an increase of 914 billion 700 million VND compared to the adjusted estimate assigned by the Provincial People's Council in 2021 (up 7.2%). Domestic revenue excluding land use fees and lottery fees: 10,171 billion VND; Land use fees: 3,500 billion VND, an increase of 500 billion VND compared to the estimate assigned by the Provincial People's Council in 2021 (up 16.7%); Revenue from import and export activities: 1,300 billion VND, an increase of 50 billion VND compared to the adjusted estimate assigned by the Provincial People's Council in 2021 (up 4%).
