Testing traffic safety education program

On September 20, according to the Ministry of Education and Training, starting the 2017-2018 school year, the Ministry will pilot a traffic safety education program called Traffic Safety for Tomorrow's Smiles for secondary school students in 10 provinces and cities.

Specifically, including: Hanoi, Hai Phong, Bac Giang, Thua Thien-Hue, Da Nang, Quang Nam, Ho Chi Minh City, Tay Ninh, Ba Ria-Vung Tau and Can Tho.

The program's documents will be compiled by the Department of Secondary Education, the National Traffic Safety Committee, the Traffic Police Department of the Ministry of Public Security... based on practical requirements, suitable for teaching and learning activities in schools, with the aim of equipping students with knowledge, skills and civilized traffic culture.
