Gunman transporting drugs, rushing straight into police car
Two Laotians were carrying guns while escorting a car carrying 118,000 synthetic drug pills. When they were discovered, they drove straight into the task force.
At around noon on March 8, at Phoi village (Phalansay district, Savanakhet, Laos), the anti-drug force of the Quang Tri Border Guard coordinated with the Security Department of Savannakhet province (Laos) to destroy a transnational drug trafficking and transportation ring.

The successful and safe raid resulted in the arrest of two Laotians, Kham La (32 years old) and Bivieng (22 years old), both residing in Savanakhet, Laos. The seized exhibits included 118,000 synthetic drug pills, 1 Lao car, 1 Lao motorbike, 1 pistol and 1 loaded bullet.
When these subjects discovered the task force, they drove their car at high speed, used guns to fight back fiercely, and then crashed straight into the front of the task force's official vehicle.
The stabbing ended when the authorities quickly surrounded and safely arrested the subject.
Immediately after completing the dossier, the Quang Tri Border Guard transferred the subject and evidence to the Savanakhet Security Department (Laos) for further handling and investigation.
