At Kim Lien relic site (Nam Dan), the delegation held a ceremony to offer flowers and incense to commemorate the heroic spirit of President Ho Chi Minh. The delegation respectfully reported to Uncle Ho some outstanding results after 10 years of building new rural areas (NTM) in the provinces of the Red River Delta and North Central region.
Although the implementation of the new rural development program was in a difficult context, localities have proactively and flexibly implemented many of the program's objectives. Thanks to that, after 10 years, nearly 70% of communes in the region have met the standards and many communes in the provinces are striving to build advanced and model new rural areas.
