Deputy Minister of Construction holds the position of Deputy Secretary of Yen Bai Provincial Party Committee

According to the decision of the Secretariat, Mr. Do Duc Duy - Deputy Minister of Construction will hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Yen Bai Provincial Party Committee for the 2015-2020 term.

On February 8, the Yen Bai Provincial Party Committee held a conference to implement the Secretariat's decision on personnel work. Attending the conference were members of the Party Central Committee: Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Nguyen Thanh Binh, Secretary of the Yen Bai Provincial Party Committee Pham Thi Thanh Tra, Minister of Construction Pham Hong Ha; representatives of the Ministry of Construction, and comrades in the Yen Bai Provincial Party Committee.

According to Decision No. 439 of the Secretariat, Mr. Do Duc Duy, Deputy Minister of Construction, was appointed to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Yen Bai Provincial Party Committee for the 2015-2020 term. Mr. Do Duc Duy was born on May 20, 1970, from Thai Binh, has a master's degree in construction, and a high level of political theory.

Presenting the decision to Mr. Do Duc Duy, member of the Party Central Committee, Permanent Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee, Nguyen Thanh Binh, on behalf of the leaders of the Central Organizing Committee and the working delegation, wished Mr. Do Duc Duy to successfully complete the assigned tasks.

The Standing Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee said that Mr. Do Duc Duy is a young cadre, well-trained, innovative in thinking, and matured through many working positions.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh suggested that in his new position, Mr. Do Duc Duy should quickly approach the work, actively strive to practice, be dedicated to the work, and closely follow the grassroots to proactively and creatively lead the Party Executive Committee of Yen Bai province to successfully implement the set goals.
