1. Car insurance claim process
- Send a written accident notice to the insurance company as soon as possible, this is a mandatory step to initiate the claim process with the insurance company.
- Initial accident handling: Based on the extent of damage and determining whether there is a third party at fault or not, the vehicle owner needs confirmation from the traffic police or authorities at the scene of the incident that led to the damage.
- The insurance company conducts an assessment with relevant parties. The assessment results must be signed by the assessor, from which a decision is made to repair or replace the loss.
- Car insurance claim processing: The insurance company will guarantee payment at the repair site upon receipt of all documents and records. The car owner signs the acceptance report, signs the contract and receives the car.
