Free procedures through Ben Thuy Bridge 1

(Baonghean.vn) - To receive a 100% discount on road service fees across Ben Thuy 1 Bridge, vehicle owners and businesses need to have complete documents and procedures.

From April 24, 2017, Ben Thuy 1 bridge will reduce to the maximum (100%) the number of vehicles of type 1 (vehicles with less than 12 seats, trucks with a load capacity of less than 2 tons) and type 2 (vehicles with 12 to 30 seats; trucks with a load capacity of 2 to under 4 tons) of owners with permanent residence; organizations and enterprises with headquarters in Vinh city, Hung Nguyen district (Nghe An province) and Hong Linh town, Nghi Xuan district (Ha Tinh province).

In addition, there will also be a maximum reduction (100%) for buses passing through Ben Thuy 1 station.

To receive a discount on road use services, owners and business organizations must provide complete documents and procedures.

For individual vehicle owners:

I. Vehicle ownership certificate (sample attached).

II. Notarized copy of Vehicle Registration Certificate (in the name of the organization).

At the same time, present the original Household Registration Book and Vehicle Registration Certificate (According to Circular No. 15/2014/TT-BCA dated April 4, 2014 of the Ministry of Public Security) when providing the above documents to the Vinh Bypass BOT Branch.

For business organizations:

I. Vehicle ownership certificate (sample attached).

II. Certificate of Business located in the area (sample attached).

III. Notarized photocopy of Business Registration Certificate.

IV. Notarized copy of Vehicle Registration Certificate (in the name of the organization).

At the same time, present the original Vehicle Registration Certificate in the name of the organization (According to the provisions of Circular No. 15/2014/TT-BCA dated April 4, 2014 of the Ministry of Public Security) when providing the above documents to the Vinh Bypass BOT Branch.

After receiving all valid documents and procedures, the BOT Branch will issue a Confirmation Card to reduce ticket prices for owners and business organizations. This is the basis for vehicle owners and business organizations to present when purchasing Single-trip tickets, Monthly tickets, and Quarterly tickets to receive discounts.

Immediately after the announcement of the Ministry of Transport on the 100% reduction of tolls across Ben Thuy Bridge, the Vinh City Bypass BOT Branch has received documents, procedures and issued Confirmation Cards to reduce tolls from April 11, 2017.
