Prime Minister chairs regular Government meeting in September
On the morning of October 1, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh chaired the Government's online conference with 63 provinces and cities and the regular Government meeting for September 2022.

Attending the conference at the Government Headquarters were Deputy Prime Ministers: Le Minh Khai; Vu Duc Dam; Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, and agencies under the Government. Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan also attended the conference.
Opening the conference, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh said that after storm No. 4, the storm's circulation caused heavy rain in many provinces and cities in the Central and Central Highlands regions, especially the North Central provinces, killing 7 people.
The Prime Minister sent his deepest condolences to the families of those who were unfortunate enough to die due to floods and storms; and shared with the Party Committee, government and people of localities facing difficulties and losses caused by floods and storms.

The Head of Government requested ministries, branches, especially local leaders to continue to strictly and well implement the Prime Minister's Telegrams on flood and storm prevention and control, especially Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh who just signed Telegram No. 875/CD-TTg dated September 30, 2022, requesting ministries, branches and localities to focus on overcoming the consequences of storm No. 4 and proactively respond to natural disasters in the coming time.
Regarding the socio-economic situation, the Prime Minister emphasized that in recent times, the world situation has undergone many large, rapid, complex, unpredictable and unprecedented changes with many risks in the short, medium and long term. In that context, thanks to efforts, Vietnam's socio-economic situation has achieved remarkable results.

The Prime Minister suggested that at this conference, members of the Government, leaders of ministries, branches and localities focus on discussing and assessing the socio-economic situation in September and the first 9 months of 2022; achieved results, causes, especially subjective causes; lessons learned in the process of direction, administration and implementation; forecasting the situation in the last months of the year; new tasks and solutions to respond, in order to complete the socio-economic development goals in 2022.
According to the program, at the conference, the Government listened to and discussed the socio-economic situation in September and the first 9 months of 2022, tasks and solutions for the last months of 2022; the implementation of Resolution No. 01/NQ-CP of the Government; the implementation of the socio-economic recovery and development program; the disbursement of public investment capital and the implementation of 3 National Target Programs.
