Prime Minister: Prepare the best conditions for the US-North Korea Summit
On the morning of February 24, inspecting the Press Center and preparations for the US-North Korea Summit, the Prime Minister emphasized that this is an outstanding international event that attracts the attention of the whole world.

Working with relevant ministries, branches and agencies, the Prime Minister stated that Vietnam is honored to be chosen as the venue for an important conference for regional and world peace.
The Prime Minister welcomed the ministries, branches, relevant agencies, localities, companies and assigned units for actively preparing the best and most thoughtful conditions for the two leaders and delegations of the two countries to come to Hanoi, out of responsibility for world peace and the image of hospitality, friendliness and friendship of the host country, which is the culture and lifestyle of the Vietnamese people.
“Up to now, I know through the working sessions of Comrade Pham Binh Minh (Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs) and other leaders, our preparations have been basically completed,” said the Prime Minister. The roads have been decorated. Sanitation and order have been improved. The press center has prepared all the conditions to best serve the conference. The spirit of hospitality, responsibility, and Vietnamese culture will be demonstrated through the organization of this Conference. The Prime Minister emphasized the need to ensure absolute safety for everyone when coming to Vietnam and Hanoi on this occasion.

With that spirit, “we continue to check all work, perfect all plans, and propose very specific measures to complete before the distinguished guests come to Vietnam.”The Prime Minister requested relevant ministries, branches and agencies to discuss further issues of concern, especially positions that need to be strengthened, and some tasks that need to be completed to avoid any mistakes, in order to serve the Conference well.
The Prime Minister assessed that the press plays an extremely important role in helping the world understand Vietnam, a peaceful, friendly, hospitable and friendly country, a capital for peace, improving people's lives, and Vietnam's new development model.
The Prime Minister hopes that the press will continue to contribute to Vietnam's development so that the world can know the situation and progress of Vietnam after 30 years of Renovation, and the image of a friendly, independent, self-reliant, and prosperous Vietnam.
